Refund policy

At Sweat Societee, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Standard Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Final Sale Items: Sale items, discounted purchases, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • In original condition, with all tags still attached and intact.

  • Returned in original packaging, if applicable.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds to your original payment method are subject to a 10% restocking fee per item. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Store Credit: Choose store credit and receive a full refund (no restocking fee) in the form of a Sweat Societee gift card. Store credit is typically processed faster than refunds.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please return your item and place a new order once your return is processed.
