Returns & Exchanges

At Sweat Societee, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Standard Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items, discounted purchases, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • In original condition, and all tags must stay securely pinned & sealed.
  • Returned in original packaging.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds to your original payment method are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Store Credit: Choose store credit and receive a full refund (no restocking fee) in the form of a Sweat Societee gift card. Store credit is typically processed faster than refunds.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please return your item and place a new order once your return is complete. A detailed Fit & Size Guide is available on each product page — we encourage you to review it and reach out to our team if you’re unsure about your size.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@sweatsocietee.com with your order number and reason for return.
