How do I care for my garments (washing, drying, ironing)?
To preserve the integrity of your garments:

  • Wash on a gentle cycle, cold, inside out.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Avoid fabric softeners.
  • Lay flat to dry.
  • Iron on low if needed.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Select styles may return in limited quantities. We recommend joining our mailing list to be the first to know when favorites are back.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — luxury makes the perfect gift. Explore our gift cards and give them the freedom to choose.

How do I use a discount or promo code?
At checkout, simply enter your code in the designated field before completing your order.

How do I know which size to order?

Do you have a size guide?

What if I’m between sizes?
We suggest reviewing our Fit Guide and item description for garment-specific notes. If you’re still unsure, our team will be happy to assist.

Do your items run true to size?
Yes, Sweat Societee designs are cut true to size, balancing structure with comfort.

Can I get help with personal sizing recommendations?
Of course. After reviewing our Fit Guide, reach out directly — our team will gladly help you find your perfect fit.


Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer multiple delivery speeds to suit your needs — because sometimes, your next luxury look can’t wait.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship in North America. However please email us info@sweatsocietee and we are happy to see if we can get you product.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by destination and delivery speed, and will be displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Log into your account anytime to view your order status and tracking information.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us right away. Our team will assist in locating your order.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a restocking fee; choose store credit for a full refund. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. 

How do I start a return or exchange?

Do you offer free returns?
At this time, return shipping is not covered by Sweat Societee.

Can I return sale items?
All sale and discounted items are final sale.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. Styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. They will be returned to the sender at your expense.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment options.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. Once an order is in process, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

I made a mistake with my shipping address — can I update it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Will I be charged taxes or fees?
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
